MATERIALS BANDENG PRESTO JUWANA

  1 kg (2 tail) fresh milk, remove the gills and entrails 1 tablespoon yeast fermented, mashed

BAHAN-BAHAN BANDENG PRESTO JUWANA

 1 kg (2 ekor) bandeng segar, buang insang dan       isi    perutnya 1 sdm ragi tapai, haluskan
    2 sdm garam
    3 sdm air asam Jawa
    10 lembar daun salam
    10 cm lengkuas, iris, memarkan
    2,5 liter air


Bumbu, haluskan:

    14 butir bawang merah
    7 siung bawang putih
    4 cm jahe
    4 cm kunyit
    1 cm garam

CARA MEMBUAT BANDENG PRESTO

    Sayat bagian perut bandeng. Cuci bersih bandeng lalu tiriskan.
    Lumuri bandeng dengan ragi dan garam. Diamkan selama 1 jam.
    Olesi bandeng dengan bumbu halus hingga rata.
    Taruh bandeng berbumbu di atas keranjang mesin. Beri daun salam dan lengkuas.
    Masak hingga matang. Masak selama sekitar 30 menit.
